Qualifications

• Experience working in homelessness, housing or support/care is desirable.
• Use of own vehicle is essential.
• Ability to cope positively with challenging and diverse behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Manager.
• Develop support/action plans for housing-related support.
• Manage referrals effectively and in line with procedures.
• Encourage customers to adhere to tenancy conditions.
