Qualifications

• IT skills sufficient to input and retrieve data using Microsoft packages and bespoke software systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails in the Customer Contact Centre and provide accurate information.
• Be the first point of contact for residents for Housing Repairs and Maintenance services.
• Input and retrieve data to assist repairs and service requests.
• Deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support residents to access housing repair services efficiently and fairly.
