£18.26 per hour

Becky at JT Recruit is looking for a motivated Housing Patch Manager to take ownership of a local housing patch – supporting tenants, tackling challenges, and helping neighbourhoods thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting tenants to sustain their homes and improve their quality of life
  • Tackling anti-social behaviour and ensuring estates are safe, welcoming spaces
  • Building strong relationships with residents, partners, and community groups
  • Carrying out home visits, safety checks, and providing expert housing advice
  • Being the “go-to” person for your patch – visible, approachable, and proactive
Requirements
  • Experience in housing management and tenancy sustainment
  • Confidence dealing with anti-social behaviour and sensitive issues
  • Strong people skills and a passion for community engagement
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities
  • Knowledge of housing policies and regulations
