The Role

Based in our Access Team, you will be delivering a customer‑focused housing management service that is effective, efficient, highly professional, and meets the needs of the customers we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Support our repairs partner to undertake essential inspections and repairs within our properties.
  • Ensure customers are supported to sustain their tenancy.
  • Work closely with colleagues and partners across the City to help create neighbourhoods that customers are proud to call home.
The Person

You will have a real appreciation and understanding of what excellent customer service looks and feels like, and will live and breathe our values (Proud, Fair and Ambitious) on a day‑to‑day basis, with a passion for supporting customers and improving neighbourhoods.

Qualifications
  • Some knowledge and experience of social housing is desirable.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to support customers and work collaboratively with colleagues and partners.
  • Ability to work across the neighbourhood you manage.
