Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a housing professional to build trusted relationships with customers across patches in the UK. You will own housing issues from first contact to resolution, manage anti-social behaviour cases, and coordinate estate inspections with contractors to keep homes compliant.

You will work with partners to support customers and protect income for reinvestment, contributing to safe, welcoming neighbourhoods while progressing your housing career within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• You have experience in housing management or a similar customer focused role.
• You have confidence managing anti-social behaviour and complex customer situations.
• You have knowledge of housing law, safeguarding, and sustaining tenancies.
• You have strong organisation skills and take ownership from start to finish.

Salary circa £32,000 plus 34 days leave (inc bank holidays) depending on experience, plus Health cash plan.

The practical bits

• Temporary (6 months), full time (37.5 hpw) with flexibility working arrangement.
• Based across Kettering and surrounding areas, you’ll spend 3 days working within your patch and 2 days working from home.
• The team meets virtually each week, with an in-person team meeting held once a month at our Northampton office.
• You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
• You need an Enhanced DBS check that we pay for.
