Home Group is seeking a committed housing professional to build trusted relationships across Milton Keynes, owning housing issues from first contact to resolution and addressing anti-social behaviour to keep communities safe and welcoming.

You will conduct estate inspections, work with contractors, and collaborate with partners to protect income for reinvestment. The role supports flexible hybrid working and a long-term career path within Home Group.

About the role

Salary circa £32,000 plus 34 days leave (inc bank holidays), depending on experience plus Health cash plan

The practical bits

• Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
• Based across Milton Keynes, you'll spend 3 days a week working within your patch and 2 days working from home, with consideration given to flexible working arrangements.
• This is a community-based role, with the team meeting virtually each week and coming together in person once a month at our Northampton office.
• You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
• You need an Enhanced DBS check that we pay for.
