Home Group Limited is seeking a Housing Manager to build trusted relationships in the Kettering area and manage housing issues from first contact to resolution. This role involves addressing anti-social behaviour, inspecting estates, and working with contractors to ensure homes are compliant.

You will partner with colleagues and external partners to support customers and safeguard income for reinvestment. The position is temporary (6 months), full-time (37.5 hpw) with a hybrid pattern: three

• Experience in housing management or similar customer-focused role.

Salary circa £32,000 plus 34 days leave (inc bank holidays) depending on experience, plus Health cash plan

You have

• You have experience in housing management or a similar customer focused role.

The practical bits

• Temporary (6 months), full time (37.5 hpw) with flexibility working arrangement.
• Based across Kettering and surrounding areas, you'll spend 3 days working within your patch and 2 days working from home.
• The team meets virtually each week, with an in-person team meeting held once a month at our Northampton office.
• You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
• You need an Enhanced DBS check that we pay for.
