Job summary

Home Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a hybrid full-time role based around Kettering. You will build trusted relationships with customers, take ownership of housing issues from first contact to resolution, and help keep neighbourhoods safe by managing anti-social behaviour.

You'll inspect estates, work with contractors to keep homes compliant, and collaborate with partners to protect income for reinvestment.

You have

• You have experience in housing management or a similar customer focused role.
• You have confidence managing anti-social behaviour and complex customer situations.
• You have knowledge of housing law, safeguarding, and sustaining tenancies.
• You have strong organisation skills and take ownership from start to finish.

The practical bits

• Temporary (6 months), full time (37.5 hpw) with flexibility working arrangement.
• Based across Kettering and surrounding areas, you'll spend 3 days working within your patch and 2 days working from home.
• The team meets virtually each week, with an in-person team meeting held once a month at our Northampton office.
• You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
• You need an Enhanced DBS check that we pay for.
