Job summary

Home Group is seeking a community-facing housing professional to manage neighbourhood housing issues across a defined patch. You will build trusted relationships, handle casework from first contact to resolution, and collaborate with contractors to ensure homes are compliant and safe.

• Salary £32,000 plus 34 days leave (including bank holidays) - 12 month fixed term contract

You have

• You have experience in housing management or a similar customer focused role.

• You have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

The practical bits

• This is a full time role working predominantly Mon - Fri, 9am to 5.30pm. Flexibility is key both for our customers and your work life balance, so these times are not set in stone.
• This role is mainly community based and we would expect you to be out and about in your patch speaking with customers for the majority of the week, with a mix of home and office working to catch up on admin. You will be required to work from an office at least twice a week.
• You’ll cover a patch around Whitehaven, working across local neighbourhoods and communities.
• You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
• You need an Enhanced DBS check that we pay for.
