A community-focused housing organization in Ipswich is seeking a part-time Housing Management Administrator to support Housing Officers in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing calls, entering housing applications, and assisting with legal documentation. As a Housing Management Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Housing Officers and ensuring our customers receive a high‑quality service. Your day‑to‑day will include:
