A local authority based in London is seeking a Housing Legal Assistant with disrepair and rent possession experience. This role is for an initial period of three months.
The successful Housing Legal Assistant will be required to carry a caseload of disrepair matters from the outset, alongside some wider housing litigation issues and handling rent possession matters. Previous disrepair and rent possession experience is essential. Local authority experience is highly advantageous.
The council operates a hybrid working policy, so the ability to attend the office weekly is required. You will be required to attend the office 2-3 days per week.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
