Dartford Borough Council have over 4000 social homes throughout the local area. With an established track record for maintaining quality homes, delivering new affordable housing and investing in local communities this is an exciting opportunity to join the Council. This new role of Housing Asset Information Officer will be the lead for managing our Housing Asset Management Database (Housing One) and its stock condition data. You will ensure stock condition data is accurate and analyse the data to identify capital investment programmes that help meet regulatory standards. You will lead on providing information, relating to annual government returns. You will respond to a wide range of enquiries related to stock condition and current or future investment programmes and help develop future Housing Asset Management Strategies. We are seeking a candidate with excellent report building and system knowledge, able to critically evaluate large data sets, whilst ensuring data integrity and safeguarding, by way of data audits and data security being fully managed.
