Cardiff Council is seeking an Advice Mentor within the Housing Option Service to carry out quality audits of cases assessed by the Homeless Assessment Teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality advice and support for clients in housing need.

The post holder will be available to assist officers with making clear and concise decisions to progress the Homeless Assessment Officer's caseload in a busy housing environment in Cardiff.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with the public, in a housing related environment will be an advantage.
• You will need the skills to cope under pressure in a busy and challenging environment.

Responsabilités

• Undertake quality audits of cases assessed by the Homeless Assessment Teams to ensure consistent advice and support is provided to clients.
• Be available to officers who need assistance with making clear and concise decisions to progress the Homeless Assessment Officer's caseload.
