Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working with the public, preferably in a housing related environment.
• Strong ability to cope with pressure in a busy, challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of cases assessed by the Homeless Assessment Teams.
• Assist officers in making clear and concise decisions to aid case progress.
