Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Housing Coordinator in London to deliver high-quality housing advice and homelessness prevention under local authority settings.

Qualifications

• Good general education, including English and Mathematics.
• CIH qualification or equivalent relevant to housing.
• Training in housing, homelessness, or public services.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing advice and homelessness prevention to residents.
• Assess and investigate homelessness applications under Housing Act provisions.
• Develop and implement Personal Housing Plans to prevent homelessness.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to secure housing outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with housing legislation and statutory guidance.
