A specialist recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a super-prime residential development in London. You will lead a small team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure the cleanliness of luxury apartments. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-end environment, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail. This role requires a professional approach to residents and the ability to work some weekends.

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (8 Months)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (1-hour break) | 40 hours per week
Additional Requirement: Must be available to work one weekend per month

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations at a super-prime residential development in Central London.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a small team, maintain exceptional service standards, and contribute to the seamless running of a luxury living environment.
Supervise, support, and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation are maintained throughout the development.
Conduct regular inspections of apartments, corridors, lobbies, lifts, stairwells, and residents amenities to ensure all areas remain in immaculate condition.
Liaise professionally with residents and the on-site management team to resolve housekeeping-related requests or concerns promptly and efficiently.
Develop and maintain structured cleaning schedules and checklists aligned with five-star residential standards.
Train, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure consistent service quality, professional appearance, and conduct.
Oversee stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; manage orders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
Coordinate and monitor external cleaning contractors when required.
Maintain accurate housekeeping records, including performance reports, cleaning logs, and incident documentation.
Minimum 3 years experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a luxury residential, five-star hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and an unrelenting commitment to maintaining the highest presentation standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Professional, discreet, and respectful approach to residents privacy and confidentiality.
Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional languages are advantageous.
Solid knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment suited to high-end finishes and furnishings.
Right to work in the UK.
