• Reporting any maintenance faults and handling lost property
• Ensuring all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations
• Working as part of a team and maintaining an enjoyable environment
• Working flexibly between Monday and Sunday
• Providing cleaning services to our mature living apartments and Links View facility
