When you join Your Trust as a Housekeeper - Casual you will be part of a charity based across the Rochdale Borough that aims to support every member of our diverse community to live their best life; inspiring them to be healthier, happier and creative people.

  • Salary: Band 2, Step 6, £12.60 per hour
  • Hours: Casual Hours, as and when required
  • Location: Arts and Heritage Resource Centre and Sparthbottom Community Centre
Role

What will my role be as a Housekeeper - Casual? The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes undertaking, individually or as part of a team all cleaning and housekeeping duties for the building, covering indoor and outdoor areas.

What do I need to have?
  • Ability to follow laid down procedures, work under pressure and without constant supervision
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public
  • Ability to work within a team with common objectives
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to deal with members of the public
  • Able to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Be willing to wear appropriate staff uniform/PPE
  • Excellent time management skills
