We are seeking a Housekeeper to join the team at Bowood Court, our welcoming 59‑bed residential care home in Enfield, Redditch. You will take pride in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, infection prevention, and laundry care. The role involves tasks such as vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, polishing, deep cleans, and ensuring a consistent supply of clean linen, towels, and residents’ personal clothing, while also enjoying positive interaction with residents and upholding Adept family values of kindness, ownership, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, infection prevention, and laundry care.
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, polishing, deep cleans, and ensuring a consistent supply of clean linen, towels, and residents’ personal clothing.
• Interact positively with residents and uphold Adept family values of kindness, ownership, and clear communication.
