Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, decoration, and carpentry tasks.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety laws.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing a varied workload under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with various stakeholders.
• Flexible leadership style to motivate a diverse team.
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily workloads and plan day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Inspect hotel equipment and buildings to maintain standards.
• Liaise with Hotel Manager and Heads of Department.
• Manage building maintenance systems and inspections.
• Ensure security and health & safety procedures are followed.
• Recruit, train, and develop maintenance team members.
