Qualifications

• Experience as IT Technician or from a relevant university/college course.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, DHCP, TCP/IP, and NAT.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain end-user workstations and servers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by users.
• Ensure the integrity and security of business data and IT network.

Skills

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles

Team player and great communicator

Able to work as part of a team and on their own

Education

Experience as IT Technician or related position

Certification as IT Technician (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
