Job summary

We are recruiting for a full‑time Reception role at Burleigh Court Hotel, located on the Loughborough University Campus. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check in/out in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer facing experience and can communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. Training will be provided to support excellent service delivery.

• Minimum of one year’s experience in a customer facing role.
