Job summary

Imago Venues at Burleigh Court Hotel in Loughborough University Campus is hiring for a Reception role on a full-time basis (30 hours per week) with early and late shifts. You will be the face of our venue, welcoming guests and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.45, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a birthday leave day, free on-site gym access, a free meal, free parking and enrolment into our company pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in busy front-of-house hospitality is desirable but training will be provided.

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly individualwho enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentto join our Reception team at Burleigh Court Hotel.

We are looking for a confidentindividual with excellent customer service skills, who can communicate effectively with both guests and team members. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them all with a smile! You must be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure, in order to exceed our guest’s expectations by consistently delivering excellent service.

You will have a minimum of one years’ experience in a customer facing role. Experience in a busy, volume driven front of house hospitality operation is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given.
