The Courtyard by Marriott - Luton Airport is seeking a reliable Night team member for Front of House to ensure smooth reception operations and create memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with the day shift to maintain a seamless guest journey.

Friendly communication, strong multitasking, and proficiency with hotel systems are essential. Prior reception experience is helpful, but on-the-job training is provided in a casual, 24/7

Qualifications

Previous reception experience desirable but not essential, on-the-job training provided.
Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with hotel management systems.
