You will supervise day-to-day activities, greet guests, coach staff, support interviews, and handle conflicts with confidence, while partnering with HR on engaging team initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role offering development and recognition within Leonardo Hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing daily hotel operations.
• Strong operational knowledge across departments.
• Experience with interviews and recruitment.
• Ability to coach and train new starters.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Collaboration with HR for team activities.
• Experience in branded hotel or restaurant preferred.
