Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and lead a high-energy team. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, coordinate across departments, and uphold brand standards within a busy, branded hotel environment.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with HR on engagement activities to keep a dynamic, customer-focused team thriving in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in hospitality setting
• Excellent guest service mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience in interviewing and staff training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and motivate the team to deliver outstanding hospitality
• Coordinate operations across departments to ensure smooth service
• Support managers with interviews and recruitment as part of a team effort
• Coach and train new starters to build confidence in their roles
• Resolve guests' issues or complaints with confidence and tact
• Collaborate with HR to plan team activities and engagement
• Preferably experience in a branded hotel or restaurant
