Qualifications

• Hospitality experience and ability to lead a team.
• Strong operational knowledge across hotel departments.
• Experience assisting with interviews and recruitment.
• Coaching and training new starters to build confidence.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Collaborate with HR on team activities and engagement.
• Brand hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
