Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Belfast is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences, guiding the team across departments to uphold service standards.

You will supervise day-to-day activities, greet guests, coach staff, support interviews, and handle conflicts with confidence, while partnering with HR on engaging team initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role offering development and recognition within Leonardo Hotels.
