Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a maintenance environment is ideal.
• Must be able to work day and night shifts as required.
• Pool plant operator qualification is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance across the hotel.
• React to maintenance requests and fix faults in hotel systems.
• Carry out Health & Safety testing as per schedules.

Skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Experience in a maintenance environment

Knowledge of H&S procedures (e.g. COSHH)

Understanding of HVAC systems

Knowledge of Fire alarm and sprinkler systems

Education

2-3 years minimum experience in maintenance
