Job summary

A leading hotel group in London is seeking a Hotel Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team. You will serve as a key contact for internal and external queries and assist with guest relations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or hospitality support role. About the role

As a Hotel Administrator you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Hotel Executive Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal queries and external enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist with guest relations, particularly for VIP guests, by liaising with relevant departments to guarantee exceptional service.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, supporting effective decision-making within the hotel.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding staff, business operations, and guest information at all times.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support HR and team engagement initiatives, assisting with administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare.

Previous experience in an administrative or hospitality support role is highly desirable.
