What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the face of Slim Chickens outside our Leicester Square restaurant – engaging with the crowds, sharing samples or offers, chatting with tourists and locals, and driving that all-important footfall.
• Embody the energy, warmth, and Southern hospitality that Slims is famous for.

Who You’re Looking For

• A natural people person – confident, friendly, and full of energy.
• Someone who loves being outdoors and thrives in a busy environment.
• A great communicator who can bring the Slims vibe to life.
• Ideally, hospitality or retail experience (but attitude is everything!).
