Qualifications

Hospitality Supervisor

Esher

Contract: Full Time , Permanent

Salary: £15,69

Hours : 40h per week

A co‑educational independent day school for children aged 2 to 18. Situated just outside Esher, Surrey. Catering for just about 1400 students and teachers. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch, tuck shop and match teas. There will be a lot of hospitality offering at this location. This is a term time only contract working 41.2 weeks a year. This school operates from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, and offers the additional benefit of free on‑site parking.

We are looking for a hospitality supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Esher.

You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast‑paced catering environment as a hospitality assistant or supervisor.

You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.

Key responsibilities
  • To oversee the hospitality operation
  • Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
  • Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
  • To support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, clearing down (Barista skills essential).
You will have the following skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hospitality experience required
  • An all‑round team player
  • Organised with attention to detail
Knowledge / competencies
  • Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
  • Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
  • Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
