Qualifications

  • Experience as Clerk of Works in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Qualified NVQ level 4 or relevant qualifications.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments and method statements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Complete documentation relating to contractors' work.
  • Evaluate health and safety policies during projects.
  • Supervise and advise colleagues and contractors.
