Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering Services, Medical Gases, and Pressure Systems (e.g., City and Guilds Level 3).
• Experience working within a hospital environment and understanding of NHS Estates HTMs and HBNs.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality, responsive plumbing and estates maintenance service across the hospital.
• Undertake both reactive and planned preventative maintenance on complex plant, water systems, heating, and plumbing equipment.
• Participate in the out of hours on call rota to ensure emergency repairs are managed promptly.
