Job summary

A rural NHS Trust located in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an Estates Craftsperson to maintain engineering systems such as plumbing and heating. Qualifications

• Completion of a structured training programme in Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in the same trade is essential.
• Experience of working in an Acute Hospital Environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and calibration on mechanical engineering plant.
• Undertake new installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in out of hours on-call service after training.
