Job summary

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration and at least 3 years of full-time experience in NHS or hospice settings.
• Experience with palliative adult patients in General Practice or General Medicine in the UK.
• Willingness to develop clinical skills in palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and provide medical assessments.
• Ensure continuity of care for inpatients.
• Participate in education and audits.
