A reputable recruitment agency is seeking multiple Horticultural Nursery Workers to join a client in Horsham. This outdoor role involves assisting with plant production, crop care, and general daily operations. Key responsibilities include planting, monitoring plant health, and maintaining cleanliness. Requirements include physical stamina, attention to detail, and ideally some prior experience in horticulture. The position offers £12.50 per hour and operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with early finishes on Fridays if work is completed.

  • Ability to carry out physical tasks and manual handling.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence to get to site.

The Best Connection are proudly recruiting for multiple Horticultural Nursery Workers to join our well established client in Horsham. This is a hands‑on outdoor role assisting with plant production, crop care and general daily operations.

Location: Horsham

Industry: Agriculture

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Early finishes on Fridays if work is completed.

Pay: £12.50 an hour

Key Responsibilities of the Horticultural Nursery Worker:
