We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Homelessness Project Workers (SC5) to join our Olive Morris team on Rota A. In this important role, you will be instrumental in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, providing essential services and guidance aimed at fostering stability and independence. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans while collaborating closely with local agencies and service providers. The ideal candidate is someone who is empathetic, patient, and committed to making a difference in the lives of those facing homelessness. Your responsibilities will include conducting outreach, building trusting relationships, and advocating for clients to access the resources they need. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that all documentation is accurately maintained to comply with funding and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
