This role requires managing customer interactions from initial contact to sale completion, promoting the use of recommended services, and ensuring all documentation is completed on time. The ideal candidate has a background in housing sales, exceptional customer service skills, and must be proactive in meeting sales targets. Regular weekend working will be expected.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the development and entire purchase process.
• Becomes the reference point for the purchaser and other parties.
• Promote the use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met.
• Conduct market research and ensure marketing events are undertaken.
• Proactively search for target customers and create appointments.
• Undertake inspections and introduce customers to their new home.
• Ensure health and safety of customers on site.
