A community health service provider in Bromsgrove seeks a dedicated Home Support Team Carer. This full-time, term-time only position involves delivering essential care to children with complex health needs in a school setting. Applicants should have a relevant qualification and experience with children, particularly those with special needs. The role also requires clear communication skills and the ability to work in a team. The successful candidate will be supported in their training and development.

We currently have a full-time, term‑time only vacancy for a school Carer in one of our South Worcestershire schools. We will provide full training and support and will be given. As a Home Support Worker, you will be delivering care to children or young people within the school environment. This involves being trained to competently deliver specialist care procedures, e.g. tracheostomy care, home ventilation, enteral feeding, dependent on individual needs.
Successful applicants will meet the child/young person at school and provide 1:1 care during the school day. This is a fixed‑term post due to time‑limited nature of the funding which will end in 18 months. We reserve the right to end this contract sooner with appropriate notice.
