Qualifications

• At least three years of Home Manager experience, ideally within nursing dementia or complex care.
• Strong track record of growing occupancy and managing budgets.
• Hands-on leadership style that inspires teams and drives improvement.

Responsibilities

• Full operational and commercial responsibility for the home.
• Drive quality improvement to achieve a Good rating at the first CQC inspection.
• Lead staffing and rota management in line with dependency and HPRPW.
