A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking a Home Field Technical Lead who will provide day-to-day leadership for the Home Field team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in home claims, coaching experience, and effective communication skills. This position involves managing customer service and claims costs and requires mobility across the UK. A company car is provided along with a competitive salary and benefits including a bonus opportunity and a pension scheme.
This is a great job for someone with a strong Building Technical knowledge, who enjoys coaching people to develop in their role whilst delivering great service to our customers and controlling claims cost.

Based in our Home Field Claims Team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day technical leadership of the Home Field Team, a team of Home Field Consultants who act as 'eyes on site,' for our Home Project Managers (who retain customer ownership at desk), handling home claims up to £50k.
Technical leadership is a core feature of this role, and you manage all day-to‑day technical matters relating to the claims handled by the Home Field Team. You will take ownership and accountability for excellent customer service, cost control and work with the Home Field people lead Home Desk technical leads and our training team to support the overall end‑to‑end management and up‑skilling of our Field Team.
You will be fully mobile across the UK, spending appropriate time in the field with the team but with a home‑based office. A company car will be provided, if you are successful in this role.
