Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Technician Specialist to install products in customers' homes as part of a two-person team driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle. The role includes coaching delivery drivers and delivering exceptional service, with premiums for evening and night hours.

Qualifications

• Manual C1 UK driving licence (≤6 points).
• DCPC or Driver Qualification Card by day one.
• Experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
• Previous customer-facing role experience.

Responsibilities

• Install products efficiently and demonstrate usage to customers.
• Coach and develop delivery driver colleagues on home installations.
• Load deliveries with warehouse team and maintain safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect customer homes.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and technologies.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
