Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking an Installation Specialist based in a Customer Delivery Hub to bring our service to customers’ doors and install products in their homes. You’ll work in a 2-person team, handle heavy items, and drive a 3.5-tonne vehicle.

The role requires a full driving licence, strong customer service, and practical knowledge of home tech. Full-time hours apply, with a five-week rota including weekends.

Qualifications

• UK B-category driving licence with <=6 points.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Solid understanding of consumer technology and products.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with excellent customer service.
• Load deliveries and work with the warehouse team to complete routes.
• Install products and demonstrate use to customers at their home.
• Maintain a safe working environment and handle unexpected situations.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and technologies for best performance.
