John Lewis Partnership invites applications for Installation Specialist roles based in our Customer Delivery Hubs. You will join a 2-person crew to deliver and install a range of products at customers' homes, driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.

Your day starts at the hub and takes you on a route to install items, showcasing how they work and ensuring a seamless handover to customers. The role emphasizes safety, product knowledge, and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Manual C1 UK driving licence is required with a maximum of 6 points.
• DCPC or Driver Qualification Card must be held by day one in the role.
• Tachograph Card required.
• Experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
• Previous customer-facing experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication, both over the phone and in person.
• Good understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for the John Lewis brand with top customer service as a priority.
• Load deliveries at the hub and work with the warehouse team.
• Respect customers' homes and handle unexpected situations to find best solutions.
• Install products efficiently and demonstrate usage after installation.
