Job summary

John Lewis & Partners is hiring an Installation Specialist based at a Customer Delivery Hub to install large items at customers' homes and deliver on a two-person crew. You will drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle and act as brand ambassador with strong customer service.

Role requires manual handling, 7.5t driving experience, and a valid DCPC. Hourly premiums apply for evenings and nights as per policy, with a permanent, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Manual C1 UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• DCPC/Driver Qualification Card required by day one.
• Tachograph Card and valid driving experience with 7.5-tonne vehicle.
• Previous customer-facing work and clear communication.
• Willingness to lift and install large items safely.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with excellent service.
• Load deliveries with warehouse team and drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
• Install products efficiently and demonstrate use to customers.
• Handle issues to find best solutions for customers.
• Maintain safe working environment and stay informed on products.
