Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking Installation Specialists to join our Customer Delivery Hubs and bring the John Lewis service to customers’ doors. You’ll form a 2-person crew, operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle, and install products while demonstrating usage in homes.

Role involves heavy lifting and working across 41 hours weekly, Monday to Saturday, with early starts and variable shifts. DBS checks may be required and flexible working arrangements are discussed during interviews.

Qualifications

• Must have installation experience and will be enrolled in installer accreditation.
• Must be able to load deliveries and install products in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with excellent customer service.
• Load and deliver with the warehouse team.
• Install products and demonstrate how they work to customers.
• Maintain a safe working environment and respect customers’ homes.
• Adapt to varied hours across 06:00–17:00, Monday to Saturday.
