Home Care Assistant

Right to work in the UK required. Join our team of Home Care Assistants in Huddersfield for one‑hour calls – pay starts at £13.00 per hour. Interviews ASAP, full/part time, immediate start. Drivers with access to their own vehicles needed, along with business insurance.

  • Pay from £13.00–£16.00 per hour (bank holidays £16 p/h)
  • Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)
  • One‑hour minimum visits – no rushing, time to build relationships
  • Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance
  • 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and pension scheme
  • Fully paid training and support to gain diploma qualifications
  • Carer awards, referral scheme, and a supportive, friendly team
About the role

You’ll support people in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity and respect. This may include medication support, personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and companionship.
