Overview:

An outstanding opportunity for a property part exchange business development manager to join one of the most recognised brands in the property industry working from home, building and maintaining relationships with both local new build company’s and the local estate agencies.

Main Duties:

Working from home you will develop existing relationships with new build companies in and around the South East and South area encourage the companies to refer any part exchange properties to you for you to promote to the top estate agency in the geographical area.

Once you have received permission to sell the property on behalf of the new build company, you will approach the top estate agency in the local area and negotiate on the property being sold.

As you are covering such a large geographical area our client will not “micromanage” you and allow you to manage your own diary and expenses effectively.

Key Skills:

This role would suit an individual from a new build or estate agency background, who appreciate and understand the workings on the part exchange business in the UK and how estate agency’s work.

You must have excellent communication skills and be well disciplined in managing your own diary working from home. A good understanding of how part exchange works will be a distinct advantage.
