Qualifications

• Proven experience managing live construction sites.
• Strong technical knowledge in building fabric or mechanical and electrical background.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Developing project scopes, programmes and cost control measures.
• Managing site mobilisation in line with CDM 2015 regulations.
• Coordinating with the supply chain for construction arrangements.
